Description, purpose and use of records
The series consists of records that document the deliberations and decisions of the Board committees, including the Employee Relations Committee, Compensation Committee, Audit Committee and Executive Committee. Records include correspondence, reports, support papers, agendas and minutes.

Retention rationale
