Timeline

June 16, 2025	Application opens
September 15, 2025	Application closes
October 1, 2025	Deadline to submit your final transcript, reflecting final grades in all courses and graduation. Please complete the Student Transcript Service (STS) form, giving SFU access to your transcript
October 1, 2025	Deadline to submit any additional requested documents (please check )

Evaluation

Requirements:

High school graduation
Competence in English Language and Quantitative & Analytical Skills
Minimum 5 approved grade 12 courses for admission (including program-specific requirements)

Important application information

Course completion

An official final transcript, including graduation, must be submitted to Undergraduate Admissions by October 1, via STS.

All courses must be complete prior to this date, such that final grades for all of your courses appear on your Ministry of Education transcript by October 1.

This includes distributed learning courses (online courses).

Student Transcript Service

The Student Transcript Service (STS) form authorizes SFU to access your official transcript from the Ministry of Education. Please complete this form by October 1, 2025.

Give SFU permission to request transcript updates of your official record until December 2025

Challenge exams

Challenge exams will appear on your transcript as the course you are challenging, with the grade you receive on the exam.

We require your final challenge grade to be on your official Ministry of Education transcript by the document deadline of October 1, 2025.
