SFU Physics members received their awards at the CAP banquet that took place on June 12, 2025.

Dr. Nancy Forde was awarded the CAP Medal for Excellence in Teaching Undergraduate Physics and Dr. Darren Grant was awarded the CAP Fellowship. 

Also at this year's CAP congress, graduate students Chris Kallio (Physics) and Joshua Yu (Chemistry) won 1st place for their oral presentations in the Division of Quantum Information and Division of Nuclear Physics, respectively.
