Financial Management for the Non-Financial Manager

Designed for non-profit professionals without direct responsibility for accounting, this foundational course provides essential accounting and financial skills. You will learn to manage budgets, assess financial risks, review financial statements, and make informed financial decisions with confidence.

The course introduces key financial concepts, such as bookkeeping fundamentals and the accounting cycle, and includes hands-on practice. You will also gain experience completing basic bookkeeping and accounting tasks, enabling you to communicate effectively with your financial team and develop an informed perspective on your organization’s financial performance.
